Adelle Kirk - Singing Teacher - BA
Adelle's background in singing and performing started 18 years ago. Always keen on school performances in music and drama, she fell into being in her first band at 14. After realising she could ‘sing’ she decided to brush up with some coaching herself and started to realise there could be a future in singing. This began an 18 year journey of being in bands, dance music projects, acoustic acts and so on.
Performing took her all over the place, she gigged regularly and brushed shoulders with some great and well known musicians. Some 9 years ago Adelle had her first official album release with Basilica, as the vocalist on an electronica project. You may also know of the local band Kushty which she has fronted on and off for 15 years!
Well versed by now in lots of styles of singing, both live and studio, and with a music degree under her belt, she has decided to turn her attention to coaching. Visit http://www.adellekirk.com/home.cfm for further information
'I am very pleased to be joining the Nene Valley Dance Team to bring some vocal coaching into the mix. I hope I can take all I’ve experienced and help to pass technique, confidence and most of all enjoyment on to some eager and enthusiastic students.'
